1. General

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by FFGR Russia, a division of the French Federation of Luxury Transportation (FFGR Worldwide). By booking any service, the client accepts these terms in their entirety.

2. Services

FFGR Russia provides premium chauffeur services, exclusive concierge, executive protection coordination, private aviation logistics, corporate travel management and bespoke lifestyle experiences across Russia.

3. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full service fee.

4. Liability

FFGR Russia acts as a coordination platform connecting clients with licensed service providers. While we maintain the highest standards of quality, FFGR Russia cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, traffic conditions, or third-party service failures.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
