Can the chauffeur accompany us through customs?+
For tarmac arrivals at Vnukovo-3 we provide direct apron pickup. For commercial flights, our chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall holding a discreet placard with your name or company; customs and immigration are handled by our local protocol partner on request.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight in real time. The first 60 minutes of post-arrival wait are complimentary. Beyond that, hourly waiting rate applies.
